Please visit the registration office (aka The Troll) as soon as you arrive on site and sign in.You will be directed to the area where you should set up your camp, with help from our Site & Ground Autocrats.
When the boom gate is open you can drive in, load on or off, drive out. This year the site will be divided into 2 areas:
Set up or take down your camp after you've parked your vehicle(s) in the assigned parking areas. This minimizes the time cars are in the camp area.
The boom gate is open for vehicles during these hours:
Friday (May 23rd) 4 PM to Saturday (May 24th) 12 midnight
Wednesday (May 28th), between 4 PM and 7 PM
Saturday (May 31th), between 9 AM and 1 PM
Sunday (June 1st), ALL DAY.
When the boom gate is locked a fairly large cart is available for transportations inside of the period camp.
Should you need an extra pair of helping hands, an autocrat will help you find a bunch of happy medieval bearers who will help you.
You can find the site rules here.
If you have questions about your arrival, please reach out to the Site & Ground coordinators.
You can find their contact information on the autocrat page.
The Troll will be open daily, but we do not handle money every day. If you have pre-paid you do not have to worry about this but if you need to pay at site you need to visit the Troll when payment is possible too.
Every day 8-23 there is a troll on call who you contact directly upon arrival. If arriving at night try to contact us ahead of time to make arrangements for trolling in.
At the Troll you can also throughout the week read about where help with cleaning chores is needed and sign up for where and when you want to help out.
If you have any questions about your registration, please contact the Troll on e-mail: double.wars.reg@gmail.com
